About the method

CREADIAZ® is a structured educational method for the simultaneous stimulation of body and brain, created in 2013 and registered in 2020. It is part of a logic of active prevention and professionalization of practices, and is aimed in particular at:

autonomous ageing people
people experiencing loss of autonomy
people affected by cognitive disorders or neurodegenerative diseases

The method relies on four educational pillars specific to CREADIAZ®, activated in a coordinated way in every session:

verbalization
repetition
emotion
movement

Where traditional approaches separate memory workshops from motor activities, CREADIAZ® activates them simultaneously within a single educational gesture, as part of a secure progression.

A method born from an educational intuition

The CREADIAZ® story begins in 2013, in Cambrai, when Cédric Diaz offered cognitive fitness classes at the local CLIC to people affected by Alzheimer's disease, in collaboration with a group from Les Papillons Blancs. Seven years of experimentation were then needed to turn this cognitive fitness into a scalable method with a rigorous, transferable and reproducible protocol.

A deployment across two dimensions

CREADIAZ® is deployed along two complementary lines, designed to reach every audience, both within organizations and at home.

For professional organizations

A structured training path and an evolving certification system, deployed across France and its overseas territories. The network brings together two complementary profiles: facilitators, trained in the seated CREADIAZ® Programs, and practitioners, trained in the method and its application programs.

For the general public

Sit . Move . Smile (SMS): a digital program of guided sessions practiced while seated, available anytime on every screen (television, tablet, computer, phone). It adapts the method through an evolving chair system organized by levels and color codes.

CREADIAZ® was founded by Cédric Diaz, who leads its development, educational transmission and institutional reach. The origin of the method is intimately linked to his personal story, and in particular to the strong relationship he had with his grandmother: a childhood root that fed his determination to act for those growing older.

His approach combines:
