Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern the sale of the online training entitled "CREADIAZ® Chair Program" (hereinafter "the Training"), offered on the platform accessible at www.creadiaz.com (hereinafter "the Platform").
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

Note: CREA’DIAZ is not a Qualiopi-certified training organization. The Training offered does not fall within the scope of continuing professional training under the French Labor Code.
Article 3 – Training Description
The "CREADIAZ® Chair Program" Training is an online video program intended for healthcare, sports, animation, or medico-social professionals wishing to learn how to lead gentle motor skills and cognitive stimulation workshops on a chair, using the CREADIAZ® method.
The Training includes:
- Educational video modules accessible via secure streaming;
- Theoretical and practical content;
- Access to a dedicated personal space on the Platform.
Videos are hosted via Cloudflare Stream and are neither downloadable nor accessible outside the Platform.
Article 4 – Access Duration
Access to the Training is granted for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Beyond this period, access is automatically deactivated. The user may, if desired, renew access by making a new purchase.
Article 5 – Price and Payment Methods
The price of the Training is indicated on the Training presentation page, in euros including all taxes. VAT not applicable.
Payment is made online by credit card or PayPal via the secure Stripe platform. User banking data is neither collected nor stored by CREADIAZ.
CREADIAZ reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. The applicable rate is the one displayed at the time of order.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun with the prior and express agreement of the consumer.
By purchasing the Training, the user acknowledges and accepts that access is immediate and waives their right of withdrawal.
Article 7 – License of Use and Restrictions
Purchase of the Training grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
Access is limited to one connected device at a time.
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Reproduce, download, record, or capture videos;
- Distribute or redistribute content to third parties;
- Use content to create a competing or derivative training;
- Share login credentials.
Important: Purchase of the Training does not authorize the user to train third parties in the CREADIAZ® method, nor to use the CREADIAZ® name, logo, or brand materials. Use of the brand is subject to holding a specific brand license, negotiated separately.
Article 8 – Intellectual Property
All Training content (videos, texts, visuals, music, methodology, CREADIAZ® brand name) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of CREADIAZ.
Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is subject to prosecution.
Article 9 – Liability
CREADIAZ makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Platform and access to content. However, CREADIAZ shall not be held liable for:
- Service interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons;
- The use made by the user of skills acquired through the Training;
- Results obtained by the user in their professional practice.
The user remains solely responsible for putting into practice the content learned.
Article 10 – Non-Substitution for Qualifying Training
The Training does not constitute certified professional training under the French Labor Code. It does not issue any diploma, state-recognized certificate, or professional accreditation.
The Training does not substitute for medical, paramedical, or physiotherapeutic training. The user is responsible for verifying that the activities proposed in the Training are compatible with the skills and authorizations required in their professional practice.
Article 11 – Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The user may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion) by email at equipe@creadiaz.org.
Article 12 – Modification of T&Cs
CREADIAZ reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect at the time of order.
Article 13 – Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent French courts will be seized.
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may resort to a consumer mediator.
Article 14 – Final Provisions
If any clause of these T&Cs is declared null, the others shall remain applicable.
The failure of CREADIAZ to invoke a right provided herein shall not constitute a waiver of that right in the future.
