Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms of Use define the terms and conditions under which the CREADIAZ® platform (hereinafter "the Platform") provides its services, as well as the rights and obligations of users (hereinafter "the User").

Use of the Platform implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use by the User.

Article 2 – Access to the Platform

The Platform is accessible to any individual with Internet access. Access to the video program requires creating an account and purchasing the program.

The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

Article 3 – Description of Services

CREADIAZ® offers the SMS (Sit · Move · Smile) program, consisting of 16 chair-based video sessions structured over a 4-week program (28 days). The program is accessible via a one-time payment of €67, providing 24/7 access to the content.

Sessions are unlocked progressively: a new session becomes available each day after the first connection to the program.

Article 4 – User Account

Each account is personal and cannot be shared. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. For security reasons, only one device can be connected simultaneously.

Article 5 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (videos, texts, images, logos, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, distribution, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

CREADIAZ® is a registered trademark. The User is granted a personal, non-transferable right to access the program content.

Article 6 – Medical Non-Substitution Clause

The CREADIAZ® program is in no way a substitute for medical advice, treatment, or rehabilitation prescribed by a healthcare professional. The User acknowledges that the program is intended for wellness purposes and does not constitute a medical act.

Article 7 – Liability

CREADIAZ® undertakes to implement all necessary means to ensure the proper functioning of the Platform. However, CREADIAZ® shall not be held liable for temporary interruptions or technical issues related to hosting or the User’s Internet connection.

Article 8 – Modification of Terms

CREADIAZ® reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Platform. The User will be informed of any substantial modification.

Article 9 – Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be brought before the competent courts.
