This programme is for you if
- You are independent in your daily life and want to stay that way for a long time.
- You live with a chronic illness or a mild condition and are looking for a suitable activity.
- You want to strengthen your legs and your balance to help prevent falls.
- You feel like moving to music, without pressure and with no level required.
- You prefer to practise at home, at your own pace, whenever it suits you.
- You do not have a certified CREADIAZ® facilitator near you, but you want a quality programme.
- You are looking for a gentle yet energising activity, with safe standing moments.
This programme is not for you if
- You are experiencing significant loss of independence or a situation of dependency (The Pink Chair, entirely seated, is more suitable).
- You are looking for intensive athletic training (this is not the right programme).
- You have medical advice against physical activity (please consult your doctor first).
