Accessibility statement
CREADIAZ® is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with article 47 of French law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.
This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.creadiaz.com.
Compliance status
The website www.creadiaz.com is not compliant with the French general accessibility improvement framework (RGAA), version 4.1.2.
No compliance audit has been carried out yet: without audit results, the website is declared non-compliant. An audit is planned to measure the compliance rate.
Improvements made
In October 2026, work to bring the website into compliance covered in particular:
- the language of each page, and changes of language within a page;
- a skip link to the main content and identified page regions (header, navigation, content, footer);
- menus, dialogs and controls usable with the keyboard, with a visible focus;
- text and button contrast raised to level AA;
- form labels, required fields and error messages;
- text alternatives for images and relevant page titles;
- a sitemap, in addition to the main menu;
- display options on every page: adjustable text size, high contrast and easy reading (no animation, more spaced text).
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not, or not yet, accessible:
- session videos, previews and trailers do not yet have captions or a text transcript (criteria 4.1 and 4.3);
- some downloadable documents (PDF booklets, professional resources) are not yet available in an accessible version (criterion 13.3);
- the map of the professional directory is difficult to use with a keyboard; the list of professionals shown next to the map gives access to the same information;
- in Spanish, Italian, German and Chinese, some texts of the professional area and of the administration area remain in French or English, without this change of language being indicated (criterion 8.7).
Content not subject to the accessibility obligation
- the Stripe payment module and the Trustpilot review widget, third-party services that are neither developed nor controlled by CREADIAZ®.
